Terms of sale

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of subscriptions to DXF Export, an add-in for SolidWorks on Windows, published by Mickael VERNET, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, EI), trading as Mickad, 21 rue de la Grande Maison, 30131 Pujaut, France, SIRET 808 019 921 00028 (the "Publisher").

DXF Export is intended for professionals: metalworkers, fabricators, laser cutting shops and design offices. By subscribing, the customer declares that they act for business purposes.

2. Reseller and payment

Subscriptions are sold by Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), Merchant of Record. Polar collects card payments, issues the invoice and applies any VAT due according to the buyer's country and status. Polar's terms apply in addition to these terms.

3. Plans and prices

French VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI. Polar may add taxes due according to the buyer's country and status; the total is shown before payment. Prices may change; a price change only applies from the next renewal, after the customer has been informed.

4. Free trial

Each new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial with all features. If the customer cancels before the end of the trial, nothing is charged. Otherwise, the chosen plan starts automatically at the end of the trial.

5. License

6. Term and cancellation

The subscription has no minimum term and renews automatically each period (month or year). The customer may cancel at any time from the subscription management link received by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period; no pro-rata refund is made.

7. Use and liability

DXF Export generates DXF files, bending sheets and a summary from the customer's models. The customer remains responsible for checking these files (dimensions, thicknesses, quantities, bend directions) before any cutting or manufacturing.

The Publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and, in any event, to the amount paid by the customer over the previous twelve months. The Publisher cannot be held liable for loss of material, production or business.

8. Support

Support is provided by email at contact@mickad.xyz, as quickly as possible.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court is the one with jurisdiction over the Publisher's address.
